We are a family motel.

Check-in time is 2:30pm. Check-out time is 10:30am.

A one night deposit is required to hold a reservation under five nights in length.
A $200 deposit is required to hold any reservation five nights in length. A 2-night
deposit is required to hold any reservation over six nights in length.

Reservations are held until 6:00pm of the date of arrival unless nofified by
hotel personnel.

Peak-season pool hours are: 10:00am - 10:00pm
Off-season pool hours vary depending on time of year.
Peak-season pool hours apply to almost every weekend.

All children under to age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when
in the pool area. New Jersey law does not require for there to be a lifeguard on duty.

We can only reserve one parking spot per room.

Any misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of any
amounts pre-paid.

Balance must be paid upon arrival.

All of our rooms and suites are non-smoking. We ask that you please smoke outside.

No pets permitted on the property at any time.

No bicycles are permitted inside the rooms at any times. Bicycle racks are provided on
our property outside.

Skateboards, bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, etc...are not permitted to be used on
the motel grounds at any time. There is a bike path running along the ocean for your
use.

All guests will be required to read and sign a document upon check-in into the motel.
